This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is written to describe what we actually do, not what a template says.

Who we are

This website is operated by GC Strategy Group LLC, trading as Grant Core, based in Lakewood, New Jersey. We prepare and file government grant applications for nonprofit organizations.

What we collect

The only information we ask for is what you type into the eligibility form:

• Your organization's name
• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The state your organization is in
• Anything you choose to write in the optional message box

We do not run advertising trackers or analytics software on this site, and we set no cookies of our own.

Why we collect it

To answer you. We use what you send to check whether your organization is eligible for grant programs, to reply to your enquiry, and to follow up about the services you asked about. That is all.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else for their own marketing.

Where it goes

When you submit the form, it is transmitted to a Google Apps Script service operated by us, which emails the contents to our Google Workspace mailbox. Your information is stored in that mailbox and, where relevant, in the client records we keep for the work you engage us to do.

Two other companies handle technical parts of this site and may process limited data as a result:

• Cloudflare hosts this website and, like any web host, records standard server information such as IP addresses for security and reliability.
• Google serves the fonts used on this page and operates the mail and script services described above. Loading a page transmits your IP address to Google's font servers.

If we work together

If you engage us to prepare a grant application, we will need considerably more information about your organization and your facility. That information is used to prepare and file your application, and is submitted to the relevant government agency as part of it. We will tell you what is required and why before you send it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are kept for up to two years, since grant programs run in annual cycles and organizations often return. Client records are kept for at least seven years, because grant awards carry documentation, audit and reporting obligations that outlast the application itself.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@grantcoregroup.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Where we are legally required to retain records relating to a submitted grant application, we will explain what we cannot delete and why.

Children

This website is intended for adults acting on behalf of organizations. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change how we handle information — for example if we add analytics or advertising tools — we will update this page and change the date at the top.
