The rules we work by.
- Nothing is ever invented in an application. If we don't know something, it becomes a question for you — not a guess on a government form.
- Legal names, EINs and registrations are checked character-for-character against source documents. Close is wrong.
- Applications are written to the scoring rubric. Reviewers assign points section by section; we write for the reader who holds the scorecard.
- Every step has a date attached. We tell you what we need from you and when — and we do the rest.
- No award is ever guaranteed. The agency decides, not us — and any consultant who promises otherwise is telling you something they can't deliver. What we promise is a complete, on-time, properly scored application.
